Our services

xamtek.ai provides AI-assisted web development services: websites, marketing pages, web applications, SaaS product sites, and custom business systems including CRM, CMS, CMMS and ERP builds, alongside social media management. The specifics of each engagement — scope, deliverables, timeline and price — are set out in a separate written Statement of Work.

Free concepts

Initial website concepts (typically 2–3 working options, delivered within 24 hours of a brief) are provided free of charge and without obligation. They remain xamtek.ai's property unless and until an engagement is agreed.

Payment terms

• Engagements begin with a 50% deposit before work starts.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery, before final handover.
• Late payments accrue a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance after 14 days.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights in your delivered website or system transfer to you. xamtek.ai retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks and libraries, and may reference completed projects in its marketing materials.

Larger engagements

Custom systems and larger builds are delivered in stages. Each stage carries its own written scope, timeline and cost, agreed before that stage begins.

Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use its content to mislead others. Content on this site is provided for general information about our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
